Environmentalists have recorded an unauthorized landfill in Naberezhnye Chelny
As part of the monitoring of the territory of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
Environmentalists recorded a landfill of construction debris with a total area of 34 square meters and a volume of 68 cubic meters near the Tetsovsky passage.
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and landfill disposal.
It should be recalled that administrative liability is provided for such violations in accordance with Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste."
