The gas station in Chistopol was operating without state registration

As part of the on-site inspection, inspectors from the Volga-Kama department checked a gas station in Chistopol on Karl Marx Street. 

Environmentalists have established that there was a retail sale of gas on site, but the gas station was not registered with the state as an object that has a negative impact on the environment. The activity is carried out by an individual entrepreneur.
The violator has been warned against violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation. 

According to Federal Law No. 7 "On Environmental Protection," objects of categories I-III must be registered with an authorized federal or regional body, depending on the category of the object.
