The city beach in Chistopol became the central point not for recreation, but for the Republican campaign “Clean Coast”. The city residents together with specialists of the Volga-Kama territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan cleaned the Kama River bank. It was cleaned of plastic bags, plastic and glass bottles, which, according to the participants, not only harm the environment, but also pose a threat to human health. Environmentalists positively assessed the active participation of citizens in the eco-action.

Teachers of educational institutions of Naberezhnye Chelny, Agryz, Aktanysh, Yelabuga, Mamadysh, Menzelin, Mendeleevo and Tukaevo districts are invited to participate in the forum “Methods of formation of ecological awareness in educational institutions of the Prikamsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The event will be held on September 7 in the IT Park in Naberezhnye Chelny. The forum is aimed at:

Schoolchildren of the village of Burgany of the Buinsk district joined the republican campaign “Clean shore”, organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The students cleaned the coastal zones of the Tilcha and Sviyaga rivers of garbage – household waste left by citizens.

Residents of Tatarstan can take part in the contest “Best report from sites of All-Russian eco-cleanup “Green Russia, organized by the All-Russian Ecological Public Movement “Green Russia”. The contest is aimed at attracting the public attention to the issues of environmental culture, encouraging the people’s attention to issues of highlighting the ecological themes of the life of the region, the upbringing of the spirit of patriotism and love for the Motherland.

“Kazan-Arena” meets ECO standards. Based on the results of the experts’ inspection, the Kazan stadium was awarded a “green” certificate of compliance according to the criteria of “RUSO. Football stadiums”. The sports facility was the first in the country to receive certification under the Russian system. The award of the certificate confirms the application of the energy saving system, resource saving, and rational waste management, i.e. at the stadium a separate garbage collection is organized, and water consumption is reduced. To irrigate the adjacent territory, a stormwater collection system is used.

The environmental action was attended by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, activists of the youth movement “Budetcisto”, and city residents who are not indifferent to natural resources.

“Green” standards are a priority. Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for many years have been raising awareness of organizations engaged in the construction and design of real estate for the purpose of applying “green” standards. Today, 10 facilities use energy-saving and resource-saving technologies, which reduce the negative impact on the environment.

Specialists of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan told to the kids of the Buinsk kindergarten “Svetoforik” about how the car exhaust gases affect the environment. To demonstrate this topic, environmentalists conducted practical classes.

The subsoil users who extract the common mineral resources on the Kama River comply with all requirements. Such results were announced by inspectors of the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan after an inspection on boats, located in the Chistopol district. On the vessels, the environmentalists checked the presence of the license for the right to use subsoil.
