Buinsk preschoolers learned how gas analyser works

Specialists of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan told to the kids of the Buinsk kindergarten “Svetoforik” about how the car exhaust gases affect the environment. To demonstrate this topic, environmentalists conducted practical classes. Together with the employees of the Department of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Buinsky District of RT, specialists from the Zavolzhsky administration demonstrated to the children the work gas analyser, a measuring device that determines the qualitative and quantitative composition of gas mixtures. Together with children, experts measured the content of pollutants in the exhaust gases of several cars. Upon the results of the survey, the participants of the event came to the conclusion that vehicles can become one of the main sources of air pollution, therefore it is very important that any kind of transport met the environmental standards.
