A working group of law enforcement agencies will enable to promptly resolve particularly pressing environmental issues in Tatarstan. The group will unite the investigative bodies, the prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and RosPrirodNadzor in RT. The decision was announced today at a meeting of the board of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan.

The cleanliness and order were presented to the native village by the volunteers of Kukmor. Within the framework of the republican action #ECOspring2017 activists of the youth movement “Forpost” together with the employees of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of law enforcement bodies improved the territory of the village.

General ECO-cleaning was held today in Naberezhnye Chelny. The cleanliness and order of the Kama River embankment were provided by the staff of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the City Executive Committee, employees of the GorZelenKhoz and students of the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of KFU.

Secondary use of raw materials, environmental issues in the region, environmental holidays and promotions. These topics have become key on the eco-lesson in the 48th school of Kazan. Today, high school students, together with specialists from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, told the junior students about the importance of careful attitude to natural resources. The event took place in an interactive form. Teachers of ECO-lesson held an ecological quiz for children, read stories about nature, acquainted them with rare species of flora and fauna of Tatarstan.

Village Ivanovka, Tetyushsky district. 67 people living in it made a garbage dump with an area of ​​200 sq.m. Wood waste, car tires, scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic waste, old household appliances, and much more. Residents threw their waste into the ravine. An unauthorized landfill in the village was identified by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On April 29 in Kazan, on the central site of the All-Russian Clean-up “Green Russia” the results of the campaign #ECOspring2017, carried out through social networks, will be summed up. This year, already about 1500 photo and video materials arrived. In the coming days, all the works will be considered by the tender commission of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Gratitude letter for the assistance in holding the forum of active citizens “Community”, which was held in Kazan these days, was presented to the first deputy minister of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Kamalov. He participated in the discussion “Ecology: the opportunities for intersectoral interaction between government, business, and NGOs to solve environmental problems”. The forums “Community” are held to identify the state of development of the non-profit sector in the regions of the Russian Federation, discuss existing problems and possible solutions to them, and support the most effective practices of civic engagement.

Health specialists of Tatarstan joined the sanitary-ecological two-month campaign, which is taking place in these days in the republic. Employees of the health department of Naberezhnye Chelny, medical institutions of the city, and students of the Naberezhnye Chelny medical college brought in order the city streets. They cleaned the territory of last year’s foliage, dry branches and debris, removed snowdrifts somewhere.

The year of ecology will unite all the inhabitants of Russia in a good cause. On April 29 in the entire country will be a large clean-up “Green Russia”. The goal is to improve the ecological situation in the settlements. On this day, the action will be held in all cities and regions of Tatarstan. Thousands of residents of the republic will join the action. They will clean areas (separate waste collection will be organized), plant trees and flowers, take part in eco-games, quizzes and various environmental actions. 

Quiz about nature, poems about flora and fauna, ECO contests – ecology lesson in at Almetyevsk school No.7 wasn unusual and interesting. Second-grade students competed with peers in an intellectual game for the title “nature experts”. In addition, they showed their literary and vocal abilities. As part of the event, the kids composed and read poems about the surrounding world, sang folk songs about plants and animals, presented a performance about the careful attitude to natural resources.
