An ecological and educational campaign "Unified ecological lesson" was held today all over the Republic. "Lesson of cleanliness" was held today for pupils and students by the representatives of nature protection authorities of Tatarstan. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology have revealed 1,172 violations of the water protection legislation this year. The fines were imposed to the amount of over 6 mln rub. Such figures were announced today by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, at the interdepartmental meeting held today at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Ildus Nafikov. The matters related to implementation of joint inspections in the field of water use by the prosecution authorities were on the agenda.
