In the districts of the Trans-Volga zone of Tatarstan, work on the implementation of environmental protection measures continues at the expense of local budgets from environmental revenues within the framework of agreements concluded between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committees of the districts.
As part of a survey of the territory of the Chistopol district, specialists from the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered unauthorized waste storage near an Orthodox cemetery in the vicinity of Chistopol.
According to the results of a survey of the territory of Nizhnekamsk, a violation of environmental legislation was found. The inspection was carried out on the basis of video materials provided in the citizens' appeal.
As part of the Recycling School: Electronics program, 17 budget organizations in Tatarstan handed over 8 tons of scrap metal in support of the national Environmental Well-being project.
