In the village area of Alan' The Nizhnekamsk district conducted land surveys. During the inspections, unauthorized dumping of production and consumption waste was revealed. Among the discovered waste: used car tires, plastic film and products made from it, as well as construction debris. 


 

The seventh-graders of the Bazar-Mataki gymnasium joined the campaign "Water of Russia" and cleaned the banks of the local river Aktai, located in the village of Bazarny Mataki. Inspectors from the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology helped in cleaning the territory.

 

An exciting eco-lesson was held in kindergarten No. 274 of the Privolzhsky district of Kazan. It was organized for kids by inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology. The kids went on an unforgettable trip to the underwater world!


 

Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology in the village Koty-Tenyakovo, Buinsky district, soil contamination with unsorted household waste (without bulky ones) was detected. The area of the unauthorized dump was 870 square meters. 

Employees of the Ministry of Ecology on the eve of the Great Victory Day put the memorial to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War in the village of Yambulatovo in order after the winter. In 2022, employees of the department took over the patronage of the memorial complex in the village of Yambulatovo. 

In April, the XIII Republican ecological and geographical scientific and practical conference "Through search and creativity to perfection", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, was held at the Upper Arbash school. 

In 2024, the Ministry revealed violations of the requirements of Articles 51 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" and Articles 13, 42 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation as part of environmental control. On the territory of the Nizhnekamsk district, waste was littered in the form of a battle of concrete products and building bricks on a total area of 318 square meters.

Within the framework of the regular session of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the event "Cities at the Forefront: Climate Change and Ecology" was held, organized by the Russian Ecological Society and the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia. The main topic of discussion was the challenges of urbanization, environmental issues and adaptation of cities to climate change.

Employees of Russian Railways and the Scientific and Production Center for Environmental Protection were also involved in the survey of the right-of-way of the railway in the territory of the city of Kazan and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
