At the meeting, information was provided on competencies, achievements and manufactured equipment for the treatment and disposal of a wide range of industrial and consumer waste.

As part of the sanitary two-month period, inspectors from the Zakamsky administration identified an unauthorized landfill of industrial and consumer waste on a total area of 1,490.5 square meters. The landfill was discovered on the territory of the Afanasovsky rural settlement.

The fifth week of the Eco-spring competition, which is held in support of the national Environmental Well-being project, has started in Tatarstan. Half the way is over, and the participants have already done a lot of good and useful things: they made feeders, collected waste paper and planted trees.

According to the results of the inspection of the Alekseevsky district in the village of Bolshye Tigany, a dump of garbage from construction and repair work was discovered. The total area of the contaminated site was 50 sq. m.

Almost half of the ecological two months are over, Tatarstan residents continue to actively join the ecological contest "Eco-spring" and clean-up days in support of the national project "Ecological Well-being".

Today, a central clean-up day was held in the Birch Grove of the village of Mirny. More than 300 people took part in it, who collected 106 bags of garbage in the eco-quest format. A total of 62 teams competed in the competition. Employees of departments, activists of the "It will be Clean" movement, members of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in Tatarstan, students and all concerned Tatarstan residents who came with their families to bring cleanliness and order. 

Alexander Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology, reported on the progress of the sanitary and ecological two-month period in Tatarstan today to Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, Head of the Republic.

The traditional international historical and patriotic campaign "Dictation of Victory" has been held for the seventh year. In 2019, the campaign was launched in 24 countries, bringing together over 150,000 people. In a few years, the audience of the commemorative event has grown to 2 million people. In 2025, the organizers expect 2.5 million participants from 80 countries. For the first time, China, Cuba, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka and Cyprus will join the campaign.

Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology revealed unauthorized waste storage on the southern outskirts of the village Maslovka within the framework of the ecological two-month period. A dump of industrial and consumer waste, including construction debris, as well as unsorted household waste, was found on an area of 300 m2. 


 

The youth environmental movement "It will be Clean" was established on April 25, 2015 and is developing with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
