In Tatarstan, work continues on the implementation of environmental protection measures at the expense of local budget revenues from environmental revenues. The events are formed within the framework of agreements concluded between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committees of the districts.

Earlier, during the monitoring of the Mamadyshsky district, inspectors of the Prikamsky territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded a violation of environmental legislation. Environmentalists have identified a "wild" quarry on a plot of land in the village of Shemyak. The area of the unauthorized quarry was 134 sq.m., the depth was 1.3 m.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan has issued a warning to the Executive Committee of the Mamadyshsky district about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.

The reclamation of the quarry was included in the list of environmental protection measures that are implemented through environmental payments received by the budget of the Mamadyshsky district.

As of today, the restoration of the "wild" quarry has been completed.

It should be recalled that environmental payments received by the district budget provide an opportunity to implement important environmental protection projects, such as the restoration and protection of natural territories, which contributes to improving environmental well-being.
