The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents of Naberezhnye Chelny for black thick smoke from the foundry of LLC "M-Leader".

A photo contest has been launched within the framework of the All-Russian program "Trees - monuments of wildlife". Its main goal is to convey the beauty of ancient trees and increase interest in the unique natural heritage of Russia.

The Republican contest of ecological drawings "Ecology in traditions" has started. The organizer is the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main goal is to attract the attention of children and youth to the problems of environmental conservation, to increase the role of artistic creativity as a means of ecological and civic patriotic education.

On March 30 and 31, Tatarstan actively participated in the campaign for the gratuitous disposal of used electronics and made offices cleaner in Almetyevsk, Aznakaevo, Bugulma and Leninogorsk. More than 7 tons of scrap metal will be transferred to a specialized ecological combine for processing.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission chaired by the Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov.

The municipal ecological competition "Young environmentalists – defenders of nature" was held in Aznakaevsky kindergarten No. 8 "Gnezdyshko". 16 kindergartens of the city of Aznakaevo and the village of Aktyubinsky took part in it. Specialists of the Priiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan were invited to evaluate creative performances and environmental knowledge of children.

Today, the Ministry of Ecology held a regular interdepartmental meeting on air quality in the Kirov and Aviastroitelny districts of Kazan with the participation of the head of the department Alexander Shadrikov, representatives of the Volga-Kama Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor, the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of Kazan and the management of the MC "PZhKH".

It was established that the regional operator for the treatment of MSW in the Western zone of the Republic of Tatarstan, LLC "MC "PZhKH", in violation of the requirements of the legislation, at the end of 2022 and at the beginning of 2023, did not export solid municipal waste from the container site located at the address: Kazan, 125 Tukaya str., bldg. 2.
