The Naberezhnye Chelny enterprise worked with violations
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents of Naberezhnye Chelny for black thick smoke from the foundry of LLC "M-Leader".
Inspectors of the Kama territorial Administration went to the place, the fact of atmospheric air pollution was confirmed. During the supervisory measures, environmentalists found out that the company "M-Leader" LLC is registered as an object that has a negative impact on the environment and all sources of emissions are taken into account. However, the emission source is not equipped with equipment and a system for capturing pollutants released into the atmospheric air. Also, the company has not developed a plan to reduce emissions under adverse meteorological conditions.
In relation to the legal entity, a warning was issued about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the need to eliminate the violation within 60 days.
