The Kazan interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection of compliance with legislation in the field of waste management

It was established that the regional operator for the treatment of MSW in the Western zone of the Republic of Tatarstan, LLC "MC "PZhKH", in violation of the requirements of the legislation, at the end of 2022 and at the beginning of 2023, did not export solid municipal waste from the container site located at the address: Kazan, 125 Tukaya str., bldg. 2.

In order to eliminate violations of the law, the environmental prosecutor handed in a submission to the head of the organization.

According to the results of the examination of the act of the prosecutor's response, violations of the law were eliminated, the waste was removed, the official of the organization was brought to disciplinary responsibility.
