Today, Deputy Minister of Ecology Egor Tarnavsky together with members of the Scientific and Technical Council visited the silt fields of biological treatment facilities in Kazan and got acquainted with the progress of work on their reclamation.

The Republican School of the youth eco-movement asset "It will be clean" has started in the educational and recreational complex "Baitik".  The event takes place from October 18 to 20. The organizers are the youth public organization "It will be clean" with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Mass tree planting continues on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, environmentalists of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry have joined the landscaping of the new Energetikov Square in Chistopol. 

Today there was a fire at the landfill in the Almetyevsk district, where urban household waste is exported. Inspectors and specialists of the laboratory of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan promptly went to the site to assess the air condition in the locality closest to the landfill in order to exclude the possibility of a negative impact on people's lives. 

The Ministry of Ecology summed up the preliminary results for 9 months of this year on the implementation of environmental protection measures with funds received from environmental payments. According to the results of 9 months of 2023, 100% of the planned works have already been implemented in Arsky, Spassky and Kukmor districts. In the Chistopol, Buinsky, Vysokogorsky, Pestrechinsky, Yutazinsky and Tetyushsky districts, the work was completed by more than 75%.

As part of the All-Russian campaign "Green Russia", the last urban ecological "Eco-race" was held in Naberezhnye Chelny this year. Teams of educational institutions, public and commercial organizations of the city took part in the race - more than 250 people.

The marathon of eco-enterprises "In the footsteps of good deeds" has ended in Tatarstan. It was held as part of the Olympiad of young environmentalists "Clean Heritage".

In the village of Chelny Yar, inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan identified the discharge of wastewater from the urban discharge of storm sewers to the terrain. Ecologists have taken samples of wastewater. 

The Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of operation "Clean Air". Every year, the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with employees of the Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, organizes raids to check vehicles to prevent the negative impact of car exhaust emissions on the atmospheric air.
