Members of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Ecology examined the progress of work on the reclamation of silt fields of the BTP of Kazan
Today, Deputy Minister of Ecology Egor Tarnavsky together with members of the Scientific and Technical Council visited the silt fields of biological treatment facilities in Kazan and got acquainted with the progress of work on their reclamation.
Members of the STC were told that now the overall readiness of the facility is 55%, work is underway to move the sludge and fill the geotubes. 282 geotubes have already been filled.
It should be recalled that the recultivation of silt fields of biological treatment facilities in Kazan is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Improvement of the Volga" of the national project "Ecology". The implementation period of the event is 2021-2024.
In September, the progress of work on the reclamation of silt fields was inspected by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko. She noted that pilot projects of Tatarstan, implemented within the framework of the "Improvement of the Volga" of the national project "Ecology", can be replicated throughout the country.
