12 cities, 2 thousand participants and 30 days of the eco-marathon "In the footsteps of good deeds"
The marathon of eco-enterprises "In the footsteps of good deeds" has ended in Tatarstan. It was held as part of the Olympiad of young environmentalists "Clean Heritage". During the month, eco-quests, quizzes, master classes, swaps, clean-ups, rafting and stocking were organized in 12 localities. The marathon relay was taken by Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nurlat, Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol, Bavly, Bugulma, Leninogorsk, Aznakaevo and the village of Aktyuba. And although there were 11 settlements on the marathon map, Menzelinsky district followed in the footsteps of good deeds, 7 thousand sterlet fry were released into the Nizhnekamsk reservoir here as part of the eco-campaign. In total, almost 2,000 people took part in the marathon. And the participants of the Olympiad of young ecologists "Clean Heritage" have already passed the correspondence tour. Within an hour they had to solve 30 questions. Now the contestants are preparing for the intramural stage, which will take place in early November during the autumn holidays in the "Yunost" summer camp of Almetyevsk. The participants of the final stage will be the guys who scored the most points at the online stage.
Let us recall that on September 2, the Olympiad of young ecologists "Clean Heritage" started in Almetyevsk. The Olympiad is being held for the first time this year. It is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the beginning of Tatarstan oil development, the 75th anniversary of the Romashkinskoye field and the Year of the Teacher and Mentor in Russia.
The organizers of the Olympiad are the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and PJSC Tatneft named after V. D. Shashin.
