Within the framework of the International Day against Corruption, Tatmedia AO hosted a briefing with participation of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov and the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for Anti-Corruption Policy. The journalists were told about the work to reduce corruption risks in the use of natural resources and environmental protection, as well as about the experience of the Ministry of Environment in improving the effectiveness of the fight against corruption offenses.
Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov spoke about the statistics of suppressed violations and the most high-profile crimes against nature for 2020 at a briefing at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The briefing was held with participation of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Shadrikov. “3,131 violations were revealed, penalties for a total amount of more than 5.3 million rubles were imposed, more than 1,090 protocols were drawn up”, the Minister said. On the whole, 156 thousand people took part in cleaning of the territories, more than 9 thousand units of equipment were involved, more than 500 thousand cubic meters of waste were transported to landfills, more than 1.2 million trees and shrubs were planted.
A briefing on creation in the republic of a state nature reserve of regional significance for the landscape profile “Volzhskiye prostory” was held today in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was timed to World Wetlands Day.
In 2019, the Ministry held 79 tenders and concluded contracts on them: 24 - in the form of an open tender in electronic form, 55 - in the form of an electronic auction. 37 purchases were completed. For the analyzed period, upon the appeal of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, information on 2 suppliers is included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers.
