2 km south of the village of Novoe Shugurovo, Leninogorsk district, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration found unauthorized placement of construction waste. The landfill area was 1000 sq. m. Delivery notes were found among the garbage. According to environmentalists, presumably, the waste was brought from the town of Bugulma.
Students of Lyceum No. 2 in Almetyevsk visited the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. Workers of the special inspection of analytical control conducted a tour of the laboratory for the children. The children were shown the procedure of sampling, chemical and toxicological analysis and revealed the secrets of chemical processes. The students were also introduced to the supervisory measures – state inspectors told how the state of water bodies, atmospheric air, land and subsoil is monitored.
In order to control and prevent unauthorized waste storage, employees of the South-Eastern, Prikamsky, and Zakamsky territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with representatives of the Kuibyshev Railway, the Volzhsko-Kamsky Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Lower Kama National Park, and local self-government bodies of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, examined the allotment lanes of Russian Railways and adjacent territories. The event was held within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period.
In Leninogorsk, bailiffs collected a fine of more than 3 million rubles from Vodokanal LLC. Earlier, the organization was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 8. 13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Since the company voluntarily did not pay the specified amount, the materials were sent to the bailiff service for enforcement. Without waiting for the bailiffs' restrictions, the organization paid the fine in full.
Specialists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered the fact of unauthorized waste storage in the territory of the Pismyansky rural settlement of the Leninogorsk district. The total area of littering with construction debris, as well as class I waste – mercury lamps amounted to 138 sq. m., the volume is 53 cubic meters.
