Kazan company will pay 50 thousand rubles for failure to present the data

An administrative fine of 50 thousand rubles was imposed by the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan against the company that performed construction and contract work in the Nurlat district.

Earlier, the South-Eastern TA received a complaint from residents of Nurlat that the solidified concrete waste was dumped on the ground at the facility under construction. Environmentalists went to the place and, having examined the territory, opened an administrative investigation under Part 1 of art.8.2 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Also, the specialists of the territorial administration organization requested information about waste from the contractor: a traffic log, passports, and contracts for the disposal of waste, which were not submitted within the time limit established by law.

In connection with the failure to submit documents, ecologists have drawn up an administrative protocol in respect of a legal entity under Article 17.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, according to the request, in the framework of an administrative case initiated against a construction contractor organization under part 1 of art.8.2 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The case materials were sent for consideration to the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan at the place of registration of the legal entity.
