In the city park of culture and recreation named after the 60th anniversary of the oil of Tatarstan, a competition "Fashion from waste material" was held. The event was attended by employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry. Students of the city's teen clubs took part in the contest. The participants were faced with the task – to come up with and demonstrate outfits made from throwaway material.
The participants' imagination exceeded all expectations. Only upon closer inspection, one can understand what the costumes of the guys are made of. Clothing and accessories of the models were made of polyethylene, cardboard, paper, cellulose, etc. materials. The children, from young to old, showed their skills, accuracy, aesthetics and elegance. The audience saw a variety of colorful and bright outfits. In this way, the young residents of the city drew attention to the problem of waste generation and recycling.
"The main goal of this event is to increase the ecological culture, respect for nature and develop the artistic and creative development of children. Our attitude to the world around us is laid down from early childhood, so it is very important to instill in children an interest and love for nature from an early age," the specialists of the South-Eastern TA noted.
