Contract work was carried out, but waste accounting was not conducted. In the course of the administrative investigation against OOO "Elektroneftegaz", it was established that the organization did not take into account 215 tons of construction waste generated as a result of the overhaul of 48 facilities. Specialists of the South-Eastern Technical Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan requested the relevant documents from the enterprise, namely the traffic log and waste disposal contracts. This requirement was not fulfilled by the organization. For the commission of these offenses, OOO "Elektroneftegaz" was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 10 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and imposed a fine of 200 thousand rubles. Not agreeing, the violator decided to appeal the decision in the Almetyevsk city Court, but the justice sided with the environmentalists.
