The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a message about the spill of liquid waste on agricultural fields in the village of Chershely. 

In the children's ecological and biological center of Yelabuga, employees of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan held an environmental campaign to collect spent power sources "Hand over batteries with Duracell". As a result of the efforts of environmentalists and residents of Yelabuga, more than 120 kg of used batteries were collected.

Residents of the Mendeleevsky district complained of an unpleasant smell on Fomin Street, 7, as well as the acrid smell of smoke in the cafe area on Khimikov street, 5a.

At Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, students held an ecological and literary hour dedicated to the writer Mikhail Prishvin. Employees of the Kama Territorial Administration were invited to the eco-hour.

Today, the All-Russian Children's and Youth Organization "Young Traffic Inspectors" (YTI) celebrates its 50th anniversary. Specially for this day, employees of the territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan held environmental lessons, where they told children about the rules of eco-friendly behavior on the road, because road safety is a common concern.

In the laboratory of the Prikamsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, an educational tour was held for students of gymnasium No. 26.

The Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint from residents of Avtograd. Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny complained of an unpleasant chemical smell at night in the area of the 29 complex.

Inspectors of the Prikamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan for students of school No. 2 Menzelinsk held an environmental lesson on the topic "Hand over the battery – save the hedgehogs."

The XIV scientific and practical conference "From school knowledge to scientific search" for students of grades 7-11 of cities and districts of Tatarstan was held in the Yelabuga Children's Ecological and Biological Center. Specialists of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan were invited as members of the jury.

"One of the priority tasks of the Ministry is environmental education of the population. It should instill in a person, first of all, knowledge and skills of proper communication with nature, change consciousness, habits, lifestyle and thoughts," the ecologists of the Ministry note. Specialists of the department regularly conduct lessons, classes, quizzes and master classes.
