The XIV scientific and practical conference "From school knowledge to scientific search" was held in Yelabuga
The XIV scientific and practical conference "From school knowledge to scientific search" for students of grades 7-11 of cities and districts of Tatarstan was held in the Yelabuga Children's Ecological and Biological Center. Specialists of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan were invited as members of the jury.
At the conference, young researchers presented 40 projects in the field of biology and ecology. The students defended their research papers in 3 sections: "Human Ecology", "Ecology of plants and animals" and "Ecological research of territories". The jury had a hard time, but all the works were appreciated. "The guys presented their works honourably, the students' projects were relevant and interesting. I especially remember the work of a schoolgirl who made walnuts germinate at home. To do this, she studied the information, chose the planting material, germinated the fruits, took care of them, made an analysis and presented a walnut tree at the conference," says Leyla Galimova, an inspector of the Prikamsky TA. Also, within the framework of the conference, the organizers held workshops dedicated to the Year of the Teacher and Mentor. All the winners and prize-winners of the conference were awarded with commemorative diplomas.
The event contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Ecology", aimed at the development of environmental education, respect for the human environment.
Let us recall that since 2019, the Republic of Tatarstan has been participating in the national project "Ecology". The purpose of the national project is to radically improve the environmental situation and positively affect the health of Russians. The national project includes 10 federal projects. The work is carried out in five areas: waste, water, air, biodiversity, technology. The deadline for the implementation of the national project is until December 31, 2024, the deadlines for individual projects can be extended. In 2019-2022, 29 events were held in Tatarstan for a total amount of 14,131.2 million rubles
