From June to September, the ecological marathon "In the footsteps of good deeds" takes place in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The campaign is timed to coincide with the II Olympiad of Young Environmentalists "Clean Heritage". This year, the marathon will unite 12 cities again. These are Almetyevsk, Kazan, Chistopol, Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nurlat, Leninogorsk, Bugulma, Bavly, Aznakaevo, village. Aktobe, as well as the city of Tolyatti in the Samara region.
The first event of the eco-marathon took place in Almetyevsk. A "Green Day" was organized on the basis of the Yunost children's health camp, filled with master classes and activities from the Green Shield project. Through exciting formats, camp participants learned more about ecology and eco-habits.
The Kazan stage of the marathon was held on the beach of Nizhny Zarechye. Large-scale cleaning was also organized in Nizhnekamsk. More than 200 employees of industrial enterprises and schoolchildren cleared the territory of the future 2.8 km long eco-path "Health".
In support of the Olympiad, a competition of drawings on asphalt "Take care of your planet" was held in Naberezhnye Chelny, and an ecological holiday with interactive games, master classes, contests and cleaning of the territory was held in the Blue Lake Park in the city of Nurlat.
Leninogorsk will take over the baton of good deeds next.
It should be recalled that the Clean Heritage Olympiad is held on the initiative of PJSC Tatneft with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is aimed at forming the ecological culture of schoolchildren, uniting children and the adult generation in the study of ecology.
