On April 1, a sanitary and ecological two-month period starts in Tatarstan. First Deputy Minister-Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of environmental protection Ayrat Shigapov told about how it will be held and the results of last year at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Let us recall that the main task of the two-month period is the sanitary cleaning of the territories of settlements, the identification and elimination of piles, garbage dumps accumulated during the winter period and bringing the territories into proper ecological and sanitary-epidemiological condition after the snow cover.

Employees of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a routine inspection revealed a number of violations at the Naberezhnye Chelny enterprise. It was found that environmental requirements are not met in the implementation of urban planning activities and operation of enterprises, namely, an inventory of sources of emissions into the atmospheric air has not been carried out in full.

MBU "Youth Assistance Center" of Almetyevsk district organized a meeting of representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and activists of volunteer detachments of educational institutions of Almetyevsk.

Today, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission chaired by Alexander Shadrikov. At the meeting, the issues of spending funds allocated from the federal and republican budgets for environmental protection and budget execution in 2021 were reviewed. 

Violation of the rules of water use caused the discharge of contaminated wastewater into the Ulema River. Exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations in a fishery reservoir was recorded by inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial Administration of the Ministry. According to the quarterly report of the water user submitted by the organization, exceedances of the MAC for biological oxygen consumption, ammonium ion and petroleum products were found.

Specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry told students of MBOU "Kulle-Kiminskaya OOSH" how to protect nature and preserve ecology. The eco-lesson was held in a playful way. Seventh graders discussed the relationship of man with the environment and what role nature plays in human life. The inspectors told how ecology affects the health of the population and gave advice on how to live in harmony with nature.

Today at 9 am, the Zakamsky territorial department of the Ministry received a message  from a call center dispatcher about the accident on the Southern highway in the Nizhnekamsk district. A fuel tanker overturned in a ditch, there was a fuel spill. Inspectors together with the Department of environmental supervision went to the scene of the accident.

 

Today, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of Dmitry Tetenkin, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, where the issues of introducing changes to the procedure for obtaining licensing and permitting documentation allowing to start quarrying for construction projects in the Republic of Tatarstan within 30 days from the date of filing an application for rights were considered Subsoil use within the framework of the Decree of the Russian Federation dated 12.03.2022 No. 353 "on the specifics of permitting activities in the Russian Federation in 2022.
