Employees of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a routine inspection revealed a number of violations at the Naberezhnye Chelny enterprise. It was found that environmental requirements are not met in the implementation of urban planning activities and operation of enterprises, namely, an inventory of sources of emissions into the atmospheric air has not been carried out in full. The company did not draw up a passport for waste of hazard class I – IV, thereby violating the environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for the treatment of industrial waste, did not make payments for the negative impact on the environment. In addition, the obligations to submit an application for state registration of objects that have a negative impact on the environment were not fulfilled or were not fulfilled in a timely manner. That is, a legal entity, having a negative impact on the environment, is not registered and has not been assigned a hazard class, which is a violation of Article 69.2 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection". In relation to the guilty person, protocols on an administrative offense under several articles of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation have been drawn up using the Econadzor software package. Also, a submission was issued on the elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense and a resolution on the imposition of an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 320 thousand rubles.
