On December 4, 2013, the meeting of the round table “Ecoculture in modern conditions” was held at the National Cultural Center ‘Kazan”. Organizers included the Republican Center for Development of Traditional Culture under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee of the Republican Public Movement “Tatarstan is a new age” – “Tatarstan – Yana gasyr”. Principal Adviser of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Elena Gilmizyanova participated in the meeting of the round table.
On December 4, 2013, within the framework of the IV All-Russian Congress on Environmental Protection, the I All-Russian Youth Environmental Forum took place at the Crocus City Hall. Active involvement of youth into campaigns related to environmental protection and formation of environmental culture of the population became its main purpose. Within the framework of the Forum, participants from different regions of Russia shared their best practices of implementation of projects in the environmental protection sphere, and discussed new directions of nature protection activity.
Burning problems in the field of environment protection are discussed today at the All-Russian Convention in Moscow. More than 2 thousand people from 83 regions of Russia, whereof 52 are delegates of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the IV All-Russian Convention for Environment Protection. The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov told about the aspects of ecological policy in the Republic of Tatarstan during the conference “Ecological aspects of regional policy”.
Artem Sidorov, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiological, and Biological Safety “FCTRB-ARRVI”. Federal State Budgetary Institution “FCTRB-ARRVI” is a modern center with high intellectual and technical potential. The center has up-to-date facilities and highly qualified experts, among which there are more than 100 doctors and candidates of science.
