Training regarding installation and operation of the application “School eco-patrol” for fellow workers of the Ministry was carried out today in the videoconference mode at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project was elaborated by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan for pupils of secondary educational establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan. The concept of the contest implies that each pupil who has a mobile phone can register landfills after classes and send photos through a filter of the call center, where statistics is formed with regard to each pupil, class, school and municipality.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an inspection of the limited liability company “Promochistka” located in Nurlat, Kuybysheva str. 59А. In the course of the inspection it was established that the company committed violation of part 2 Article 11 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. Waste waters from treatment facilities of “Promochistka” LLC were discharged to the floodplain of the Kondurcha river without relevant documents, on the basis whereof the right accrues to use the water facility.

The opening ceremony of a landscaped spring was held at Muslyumovo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan at the village Igenche. The Head of Priikskoe Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Khalil Mustakimov, participated in the event. Construction works on cleaning of the spring were carried out during reconstruction, and a comfortable access to sprigs was created for local dwellers.

Inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an inspection of the activity of the limited liability company “Globoil”, and violations of nature protection legislation were revealed. In the course of inspection it was revealed that in the course of the use of the gas filling station No. 236 located at the 57th km of the highway Naberezhnye Chelny - Almetyevsk pollutants were emitted into the air without the relevant authorization, which contradicts part 1 Article 14 of the Federal Law “On air protection” No. 96-FZ as of May 4, 1999, part 4 Article 23 of the Federal Law “On environmental protection” No. 7-FZ as of January 10, 2002.

The II stage of the contest for the right to be included into the succession pool of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Ecology. All in all, 56 people participated in the contest, whereof 28 citizens were declared winners.

Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan — Chief State Inspector for Nature Protection, Ramil Nizamov, — met with students and professors of Almetyevsk State Oil Institute. The issues regarding environmental protection and ecological safety in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed during the meeting.

The IX Interregional research-to-practice conference “Industrial ecology and safety” organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in Kazan in the frameworkof the Tatar Oil, Gas and Chemical Forum. Experts of the Institute for the Problems ofEcology andSubsurface Resources Management under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, department“Technosphere safety”of Pskov State University, department “Engineering structures and materials” of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Establishments of Higher Professional Education, State University – academic manufacturing complex of Orel, department of chemical technology and industrial ecologyof Samara State Technical University, Ural State Forest Engineering University of Yekaterinburg, representatives of largeindustrial companies of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in it.

The Tatar Oil, Gas and Chemical Forum was opened in Kazan. The event is held at the premises of the expo center “Kazan Fair”. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Energyof the Russian Federation Kirill Molodtsov, Deputy Head of theFederal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Oversight Svetlana Rodionova, Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers of TurkmenistanBaymyrat Khodzhamukhammedov, Vice Prime Ministerof the Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov, Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov, heads of ministries and authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan participatedin the opening ceremony of the Forum.

The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov, visited Kubinka, Moscow region, where he familiarized with technologies and operating facilities of the group of companies “National Ecological Project”, including developments in the field of reagent-free purification of sewage waters.Representatives of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal” of Kazan and Nizhnekamsk Vodokanalaccompanied the Minister as part of the delegation from Tatarstan.

Today, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov carried out reception of citizensin the form of a teleconference. The questions of the citizens of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Menzelinsk district and Arsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan were answered online.
