Online training regarding installation and operation of the application “School eco-patrol” was carried out at the Ministry of Ecology

Training regarding installation and operation of the application “School eco-patrol” for fellow workers of the Ministry was carried out today in the videoconference mode at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project was elaborated by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan for pupils of secondary educational establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan. The concept of the contest implies that each pupil who has a mobile phone can register landfills after classes and send photos through a filter of the call center, where statistics is formed with regard to each pupil, class, school and municipality.
The application was created for the devices based oniOsandAndroid, and it is available intheAppStoreand thePlayMarket. In order to be authorized in the application, a pupil has to sign inwith login and passwordused at the portal “E-education”atedu.tatar.ru,and to click “Enter”. To send a notification, one needs to make a picture or a video cliplasting up to 1 minute, where the site of unauthorized waste placement will be clearly visible, and then to click “Send”. The address of the site of violation is determined automatically.
The most active pupils who have sent maximum amount of the information will be awarded with valuable prizes at the end of the school year.
