The activity of the gas filling station was suspended due to violation of the requirements of the Federal Law “On air protection”

Inspectors of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an inspection of the activity of the limited liability company “Globoil”, and violations of nature protection legislation were revealed. In the course of inspection it was revealed that in the course of the use of the gas filling station No. 236 located at the 57th km of the highway Naberezhnye Chelny - Almetyevsk pollutants were emitted into the air without the relevant authorization, which contradicts part 1 Article 14 of the Federal Law “On air protection” No. 96-FZ as of May 4, 1999, part 4 Article 23 of the Federal Law “On environmental protection” No. 7-FZ as of January 10, 2002. The protocol on administrative violation was drawn up with regard to these violations against “Globoil” LLC in compliance with part 1 Article 8.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Emission of pollutants into the air or harmful physical impact on it without special authorization”. Materials of the case on administrative violation were referred to Zainsk Municipal Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The company was found guilty. The court made a ruling to hold “Globoil” LLC administratively liable and inflict penalty in the form of suspension of activity of “Globoil” LLC with regard to operation of the gas filling station No. 236 for 75 days.
