The Tatar Oil, Gas and Chemical Forumwas opened

The Tatar Oil, Gas and Chemical Forum was opened in Kazan. The event is held at the premises of the expo center “Kazan Fair”. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Energyof the Russian Federation Kirill Molodtsov, Deputy Head of theFederal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Oversight Svetlana Rodionova, Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers of TurkmenistanBaymyrat Khodzhamukhammedov, Vice Prime Ministerof the Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov, Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov, heads of ministries and authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan participatedin the opening ceremony of the Forum.
This year four specialized expositions are held in the framework of the Tatar Oil, Gas and Chemical Forum: “Oil, Gas. Petrochemistry”, “Ecotechnologyand equipment of the XXI century”, “Plastic&rubber resin”, “GEO-KAZAN: Geological exploration. Geodesy. Cartography”. The IXInterregional research-to-practice conference “Industrial ecology and safety”, organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held on September 5thin the frameworkof a business program of the forum. Moreover, on September 3-5th, a series of international and interregional research-to-practice conferences will be held on the following topics: “Difficult andnon-conventional reserves of hydrocarbon: experience and forecasts”, “Industrial ecology and safety”, “Main trends of development of petrochemical and oil processing industries”, “Relevant problems of geodesy and geo-information systems”, “Relevant problems of metrological assurance of the measurement of the flow and amounts of liquids and gases”, “Industrial automation-2014”.
The forum will be held until September5th.
