The activity of treatment facilities in Nurlat was suspended

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an inspection of the limited liability company “Promochistka” located in Nurlat, Kuybysheva str. 59А. In the course of the inspection it was established that the company committed violation of part 2 Article 11 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. Waste waters from treatment facilities of “Promochistka” LLC were discharged to the floodplain of the Kondurcha river without relevant documents, on the basis whereof the right accrues to use the water facility. With regard to this violation, the protocol of administrative violation was drawn up against “Promochistka” LLC in compliance with Article 7.6 “Unauthorized occupancy of water facility or its use with violation of the established terms” of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Materials of the case of administrative violation were referred to Nurlat District Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The company was found guilty and held administratively liable in compliance with Article 7.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The court inflicted penalty of suspension of activity of treatment facilities of “Promochistka” LLC for 30 days.
