The document was elaborated to eliminate conflicts of law of certain legal provisions regarding state recording of negative impact on the air and the relevant sources, the state monitoring of air, as well as production control, as it is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation. The draft law is available for public discussion at www.regulation.gov.ru. The document envisages obligations for legal entities and sole entrepreneurs to monitor the air and its pollution in the area of the facility's impact within the framework of the production

Shores of more than 800 water bodies of Tatarstan were cleaned within the framework of the "Clean shore" campaign that was held in the Republic during the Year of water protection areas. More than 50 thousand of citizens of Tatarstan took part in the activities on cleaning of the coastal areas. Water protection areas of rivers, lakes and ponds were cleaned from litter, and high grass was cut. A total of 2,350 cubic meters of waste were collected during the decade that was held on July 13-23.  The campaign was held at every municipal unit of the Republic. The International project "Contest & exhibition of children's creative work 'The Red Book through the eyes of children'" is implemented in the framework of the International ecological campaign "To save and protect" under the aegis of the National Commission for UNESCO, the International Organization "Northern Forum".

The following creative pieces of work are accepted for the contest:

• those inspired by personal impressions related to acquaintance with the Red Books of various regions and countries, as well as pertaining to the meeting with extinctive species inhabiting specially protected natural areas (during expeditions), and impressions after watching films or visiting Zoos;

those touching upon ecology and morality

The VII specialized exposition and congress "Clean water. Kazan"will be held in Kazan on November 23-25, 2016. The activities are held simultaneously, which allows to combine the demonstration of advanced technologies with discussion of problems faced by this field.

The Forum "Clean water. Kazan" implies discussion of the most burning problems influencing the water sector development. The program is extremely vast and it includes several specialized events: round tables, conferences, seminars, company's presentations and other topical events in the water sector.

A total of 12 criminal cases were initiated. The State Inspection summarized the results of work in the first half-year. Within the framework of the state ecological surveillance, during the first half-year 2016, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 5,154 inspections and revealed 3,992 violations of the nature protection legislation. The amount of fines made up more than 33 million rubles. Such figures were reported today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, where the results of work of the State Inspection for Ecological Surveillance were summarized over the first half￾year 2016. An unusual class was held today at a nursery "Kaenkay" in Pestretsy municipal district. Not nursery teachers, but State inspectors for nature protection under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan told the children about the rules of behavior outdoors and the importance of careful attitude to the environment. Head of the State Inspection of Ecological Surveillance, Almaz Zakirov, told about the Ministry's activity, and the equipment that helps ecological specialists work operatively and efficiently. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold the XI All-Russian Conference "Industrial Ecology and Safety" named after A.I. Schepovskikh within the framework of the Tatar Oil, Gas, and Chemistry Forum 2016 on September 7, 2016. Trends of the conference: - Monitoring of the environment; - Ecotechnologies; - State regulation in the field of environment protection; - Ecology of urbanized territories; - Production and consumption waste; - Chemical and analytical control of the state of the environment. Anyone who feels like it can participate in the conference as an attendee and to send his/her reports for publication in the collection of materials following the results of the conference.

The sixth municipal ecological campaign "Green Street" was held in Naberezhnye Chelny under the aegis of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Municipal Executive Committee. Another container for separate collection of waste was placed in Belous village on Sosnovaya street for waste paper, plastic and metal. From now on, any citizen of the village will be able to bring waste for recycling. The campaign is held under the slogan "A clean city starts with you!" and it aims at attraction of the attention of citizens of Autograd to separate collection of domestic waste. 

A running number of the e-magazine "Anticorruption newsletter" posted on the website of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was elaborated by Gulnaz Ableeva, a person in charge of prevention of corruption and other offences. The magazine covers the results of anti-corruption activity of the Ministry in Q2 2016. The articles of various mass media devoted to the enforcement of anti-corruption measures were also covered.
