Unauthorized waste disposal was detected in Bavlinskiy district
The Priikskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the basis of an appeal from citizens, examined the territory of the Uba village in Bavlinskiy district. During the territory inspection, unsorted waste disposal from dwellings, plant residues, branches on an area of 250 cubic meters, a volume of 30 cubic meters were revealed.
These facts indicate a violation of environmental law under Art. 51 of the Federal Law “On Environmental Protection"”No. 7-FZ and Art. 42 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation No. 134-FZ. A request was sent to the administration of the Kzyl-Yar rural settlement to liquidate an unauthorized waste disposal site by May 20, as well as an order on inadmissibility of violating mandatory environmental legislation requirements.
