The First International Forum of leading ecologists of Russia and South Korea “Green Bridge” is held today in Moscow. The forum is aimed at formation of the international system of ecological safety. The following matters will be discussed in the framework of the event:
 enhancement of the international cooperation in the field of assurance of ecological safety in Russia and South Korea;
 evolvement of the dialogue and experience exchange between representatives of state authorities, business circles, educational and research establishments, public organizations regarding the matters of enhancement of ecological efficacy of economies of the countries participating in the forum;
 improvement of the legislation in the field of nature use and nature protection using the mechanisms of legal regulation of implementation of resources-saving, energy-efficient and low-waste technologies, advanced processing of raw materials and wastes;

The solemn ceremony of awarding of the winners of the Open Republican Youth Contest of Social Ecological Advertisement “Clear view” was held today at the technology park in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”.This is the third time the contest is held by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year about 1,000 pieces of work from 53constituent entities of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented at the contest. The ceremony of awarding was opened by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov.

The meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was held yesterday in Kazan. The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov, made a report on the problem of waste management. He acknowledged that the unified system of accounting of detected and liquidated landfills has been created in the Republic, i.e. geo-information system “Ecological map of the Republic of Tatarstan”, wherein all supervisory authorities are involved.During previous 10 months of this year, all supervisory authorities that carry out activity on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstanheld 753 legal entities and 364 sole entrepreneurs, as well as 2,270 officials and 3,225 individuals administratively liablefor violations in the field of waste management.

The court hearing on the complaint of the legal entity “ECOtechnologii” LLC torule as illegal and annul the decree of Nizhnekamsk Municipal Court of the Republic of Tatarstan regardingthe protocol on administrative violation under part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation(destruction ofthe topsoil, as well as land damage as a result of violation of the rules of management of other substances and production/consumption wastes hazardous for the health of people and environment), elaborated by the specialist of Trans-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstanwas held on November 26, 2014 in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. By the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the court decision was affirmed and deemed legal, while the complaint was left unsatisfied.

“All-Russian Research to Practice Conference ‘Ecological culture, healthy and safe lifestyle: a new level of solutions’” is held in Novosibirskon November 26-27, 2014. The conference is aimed at analysis of existing practices in the field of ecological education, implementation of programs onthe fundamentals of health and safety, detection and discussion of brand newapproaches, models, technologies, content, forms and methods of education materialization in the field of ecology, health, and safety due to implementation of the Federal State Secondary Education Standard.

The Exposition “Ecotech 2014” is held in Kemerovo on November 25-28, 2014.Research-to-practice seminars are held in the framework of the program. The exposition features leading national and international companiesengaged in the field of collection, recovery, recycling and placement of production and consumption waste, water purification anddrainage treatment, rational use of water resources, purification of gases, air, and soil, professional and industrial safety, as well as systems of analytical control, saving of energy and resources.

The winners of the Republican contest“Best state official of the Republic of Tatarstan” were awarded at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Head of the Department for Development of Information Systems and Informational Support under the Department of Information and Analytical Activity of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Liliya Gizatulina, won in the category “Organization, information, documentation, financial and economic, and other types of state authorities’ activity assurance”.

Badminton competitions were held on November 22, 2014 in Kazan in the framework of the Spartakiade of state and municipal officialsof the Republic of Tatarstan at Kazan Tennis Academy. Team of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was rated the 9th. In the overall standing of the Spartakiade of state officials,the team of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstanis the 6th.
