It was temporarily restricted for two citizens of Tatarstan to travel abroad due to their failure to pay the fine imposed after violation of nature protection legislation. By decision of Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Court, F.S. Sharipova temporarily can’t travel beyond the boundaries of the Russian Federation until she pays the fine imposed after her failure to equip commercial and other facilities located within the boundaries of water protection areas in compliance with the corresponding requirements (part1, Article 8.45 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

By decision of Menzelinsk District Court, O.S. Lebedeva temporarily can’t travel beyond the boundaries of the Russian Federation until she pays the fine imposed after her failure to comply with ecological, sanitary and epidemiological requirements on management of production and consumption waste that tend to destroy the ozone layer or other hazardous substances (Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
