10th International forum and exhibition of innovations in energy and environmental of the future, the World Future Energy Summit 2017, will be held on January 16-19 in the congress center of Abu Dhabi (UAE). During the event, visitors will be able to get acquainted with two integrated exhibitions: World Future Energy is dedicated to the energy sector, and EcoWASTEwill demonstrate solutions for wastestorage and disposal. Every year the Dayof National Reserves and Parksis marked in Russiaon January 11. The purpose of the event is to attract the people’s attention to the existing problems, to teach appreciating the natural diversity of a great country. For the first time this day was celebrated in 1997 on the initiative of the Center for Wildlife Conservation and World Wildlife Fund. And on January 11 the first in the Russian Empire State Reserve, called Barguzinsky,was created.

XXI International Scientific Symposium of students and young scientists “Issues of Geology and Mineral Resources Development” named after academician M.A.Usov will be held on 3-7 April 2017 at the Tomsk Polytechnic University, Institute of Natural Resources. Students, graduate students and young scientists under 35 y.o.are invitedto participate in the symposium.

The themes of the symposium are:

Environmental protection, technological issues of waste management and their energy usage, wastewater and gas emissions treatment will be discussed at the 10th International Exhibition WasteTech 2017. The event will be held in Moscow exhibition center “Crocus Expo” on 6 to 8 June. European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) invites to participate in the 19-th scientific-practical conference on the oil and gas exploration and development “Geomodel 2017”. The event is traditionally held on 11-14 September in Gelendzhik. During the conference several specialized sessions will be held simultaneously to consider both theoretical and practical problems of oil and gasexploration, prospecting, and development.
