The mobile laboratory of the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of Tatarstan worked today on the territory of PJSC "Kazanorgsintez", where there was a jet fire on the pipeline on the area of 3 sq. m. By using rapid analyses it was identified that there were no  exceedances in nitrogen oxide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide. 

The achievements of the Russian mining industry and the development of international cooperation in the field of extraction and processing of mineral raw materials will be discussed at the International exhibition-forum "GorpromExpo-2018". The event will be held from 11 to 14 April, 2018 in Moscow in the congress-exhibition centre "Gostiny Dvor".

The republican stage of the All-Russia Schoolchildren Olympiad on ecology will be held from 6 to 9 of February in the village Petrovsky of the city of Kazan.  More than 140 students of 9-11 classes from educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan will participate in this event. The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad will take part in its final stage, which will be held from 18 to 24 of April in St.-Petersburg. 

The Open House Day will be held on February 15 in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. All comers can address to ecologists with the questions concerning protection of environment, realization of the state ecological supervision, maintenance of ecological safety on territory of republic. 

Geological associations of the Republic of Tatarstan (students of grades 5-11 and their teachers) are invited to participate in the Siberian Geological Olympiad, organized by the Geological and Geophysical Faculty of the Novosibirsk State University, the Institute of Geology and Mineralogy, and the Institute of Oil and Gas Geology and Geophysics of the SB RAS.

The Minister of natural resources and ecology of the Russian Federation, Sergey Donskoy, has approved the list of subsoil areas, offered in 2018 for using in geological surveys. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry.

Students of 1-11 classes from educational institutions of Kazan can participate in the city competition-exhibition of children's creativity "The second life of packaging - 2018". The organizers are the Department of education of Executive Committee of Kazan and the City children's ecological and biological center. 

Are the residents of Kazan ready to transfer to phosphate-free detergents? The survey-questionnaire was held today in the center of Kazan by request of Tatarstan citizens to use eco-friendly cleaning products.  The volunteers explained what was the danger and what to replace. 

The crossing of the streets Trubnaya and Tchaikovsky in  Leninogorsk. The discharge of untreated sewage effluents into the region's landscape was recorded on this crossing by the inspectors of South Eastern territotial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The square of contaminated area amounted to 109.6 sqm Ecologists together with specialists from SIAK selected samples of soil and sewage effluents. 

The number of recorded exceedances of maximum permissible concentration of polluting substances in the atmospheric air of Nizhnekamsk has decreased by 6.6 times. Such data was sounded by the specialists from the state body of ecological expertise and regulation of impact on the environment of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
