The number of recorded exceedances of maximum permissible concentration of polluting substances in the atmospheric air of Nizhnekamsk has decreased by 6.6 times. Such data was sounded by the specialists from the state body of ecological expertise and regulation of impact on the environment of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. If in 2014 in Nizhnekamsk it was recorded 1427 cases of exceedances by the system of automatic control of atmospheric pollution, in 2017 the number of exceedances was 216. The violators of the air protection legislation, in respect of whom the measures of administrative response apply, are being identified by using the system of computation monitoring.
