Based on the appeal of citizens in Elabuzhskiy district, inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration found a violation of environmental legislation and the Water Code of the Russian Federation. The land plot located on the coastal strip of a public water body is fenced, which is a violation. In relation to a natural person, environmentalists conducted an administrative investigation. A fine was imposed on the citizen and recommendation was given of dismantling the fence.

Violation of the rules for temporary storage of waste and soil contamination with oil products was allowed by the organization engaged in receiving ferrous metal scrap. “The area of ​​the enterprise is 1,800 square meters: where about 1,300 meters are concreted, but there is also garbage on the ground”, said environmentalists. Also, in order to assess the harm caused to nature, environmentalists took samples of the soil near the concreted site. Result of the analysis showed a significant excess of the oil content relative to the background concentration. State inspectors drew up protocols on administrative violations on this fact,.
