The State Duma of the Russian Federation hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the InfoWaste-2023 competition dedicated to environmental issues.

During an on-site inspection of the territory of the Chistopol district by inspectors of the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology, the fact of unauthorized storage of snow after winter road cleaning was revealed.

An award ceremony was held in Moscow today following the results of the federal program "School of Recycling: Electronics" of the Fund for Rational Environmental Management.

With the help of a mobile environmental laboratory, air samples were taken at a point selected taking into account the wind direction, as well as outside the sanitary protection zone of nearby enterprises. According to the results of the study, the maximum permissible concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the atmospheric air was exceeded by 11 times.

Applications for participation in the Second International Climate Competition "Green Eurasia" are being accepted from February 1 to March 31. This is the main event of the year in the field of climate in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

For the convenience of subsurface users, the Rosgeolfond institution has developed a telegram channel with information about announced auctions for the right to use subsurface resources (according to the website torgi.gov.ru ).


 

From March 11 to 17, 79 applications were received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception. 7 of them came through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 11 messages through the People's Control system, 2 were registered on the POS feedback platform and 59 notifications were received through other communication channels of the Ministry.

During the eco-monitoring of the Alekseevsky district, inspectors of the Volga-Kama department near the village of Alekseevskoye revealed illegal clay mining. The total area of the quarry was 300 m2.

Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology visited the Islamic center "Ilkham" in Buinsk and conducted an environmental lesson. The lesson was held in their native Tatar language, and the main theme was caring for nature as part of Muslim culture.
