79 appeals were received by the Ministry of Ecology over the past week
From March 11 to 17, 79 applications were received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception. 7 of them came through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 11 messages through the People's Control system, 2 were registered on the POS feedback platform and 59 notifications were received through other communication channels of the Ministry.
The most pressing issue of the week, worrying residents, was the issue of atmospheric air quality. 36 complaints have been received on this topic. For example, last week, inspectors from the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology went to the village Isergapovo of the Bavly district following a complaint from local residents. People complained about the smell of gas from the Tatoilgaz JSC enterprise. Inspectors conducted a survey of the territory using a mobile environmental laboratory, and air samples were taken. No excess of the maximum permissible concentrations in the air was detected.
There were also complaints about air quality from residents of the Northern part of Kazan. Following to the appeals of residents of the Moscovsky and Aviastroitelny districts, inspectors of the Central Department visited the sites. With the help of a manual sampler, air samples were taken for analysis at the following addresses: Sh. Usmanov street, 11a; Khlebozavodskaya street, 1; Vorovsky str., 11; Belomorskaya str. near b. 260; Khimikov str., 3; Promyshlennaya str., 17; Leonid Cherkasov str., 179; lane Kutuzovsky, 3; Krasnodonskaya str., 24; Khimikov str., 3; Belomorskaya str., 45; Pestel str., 108; Lukin str., 41. The selected air samples are still under laboratory examination.
