Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology discovered an illegal quarry where clay was mined
During the eco-monitoring of the Alekseevsky district, inspectors of the Volga-Kama department near the village of Alekseevskoye revealed illegal clay mining. The total area of the quarry was 300 m2.
Let us recall that in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on "The procedure for the use of subsoil for their own needs by owners of land plots, land users, landowners and tenants of land plots available within the boundaries of land plots of widespread minerals, groundwater, as well as the construction of underground structures on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan", the owner of the land plot, within the boundaries of which It is planned to use common minerals, it is obliged to notify the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in writing fifteen working days before the start of work. In this case, the Ministry did not receive a corresponding notification about the work commencement.
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Alekseevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the need to eliminate violations within 60 days.
