Environmentalists reviewed 2,146 messages received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 842 notifications received in the People's Control system, 130 requests on the POS feedback platform and 1,893 through the Ministry's Internet reception. In total, the department received 5,011 appeals.

To date, the department's specialists have reviewed 4824 appeals from citizens. These are 2,088 messages in the School Eco-patrol mobile application and 816 notifications received through the People's Control system. 126 requests were registered on the feedback platform "POS" and 1794 – through the Internet reception of the Ministry.

4,497 citizens' appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.

179 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

54 of them came through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.
