Since January 1, 1,382 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 873 of them have been resolved.
660 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 392 notifications were received in the School Eco-patrol application. 305 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 25 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 662 reports (392 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 226 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 185 times about the quality of water, and 309 times about other issues.
