309 notifications were received through the Ministry's online reception. 115 questions are registered in the "People's Control" system. The mobile application "School Eco-patrol" received 50 requests and 9 questions were received on the feedback platform "POS".
The largest number of appeals are received on the topic of unauthorized landfills - 143 appeals. 106 messages were also received on atmospheric air, 86 on water quality, and 148 messages were received on other issues.
