184 notifications were received through the Ministry's online reception. 87 questions were registered in the "People's Control" system. In the mobile application "School Eco-patrol" 32 applications were accepted and 6 questions were received on the feedback platform "POS".
The largest number of reports are received on the topic of unauthorized landfills - 123 appeals. There were also 53 questions about water, 49 about the quality of atmospheric air, and 84 reports on other issues.
