Since the beginning of the year, 1,902 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 1,130 of them have already been resolved.
783 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, and 671 notifications were included in the School Eco-patrol application. 411 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 37 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1,049 reports (671 of which were received through the School Eco-patrol application). Residents complained 271 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 208 times about the quality of water, and 374 times about other issues.
