251 notifications were received through the Ministry's online reception. 95 questions are registered in the "People's Control" system. The mobile application "School Eco-patrol" received 45 requests and 7 questions were received on the feedback platform "POS".
Most of the appeals are received on the topic of unauthorized landfills - 131 appeals. There were also 73 reports on atmospheric air, 71 on water quality, and 123 reports on other issues.
