7,297 applications have been registered at the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.

The issue of landfills and untimely garbage collection is the most urgent among the residents of the republic. There are 4,608 messages in this category. 

Since the beginning of the year, employees of the Ministry of Ecology have reviewed and resolved 5841 appeals out of 6702 that came to the public environmental reception.

Environmentalists reviewed 2,733 messages received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 1,080 notifications received in the People's Control system, 158 requests on the POS feedback platform and 2,531 through the Ministry's Internet reception. In total, the department received 6502 applications.

Since the beginning of the year, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 6,389 appeals from citizens.

2,663 of them were received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 989 notifications were received in the People's Control system, 150 appeals were registered on the POS feedback platform and 2,329 – through the Ministry's Internet reception. 

Environmentalists reviewed 2,632 messages received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 975 notifications received in the People's Control system, 148 requests on the POS feedback platform and 2,267 through the Ministry's Internet reception. 

Since the beginning of the year, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 5,691 appeals from citizens.
